EVBox Sets Up North American HQ in Libertyville

Amsterdam-based EVBox signed a lease for its first North American headquarters and production facility at BECO Midwest’s Innovation Park campus in Libertyville, IL. The facility will take up approximately 60,000 square feet, and will enable the maker of electric vehicle charging infrastructure to produce about 200 units per week.

“EVBox is exactly the kind of organization we admire most,” said Chris Epstein, president of BECO Midwest. “They made their breakthrough when the electric vehicle market was in its commercial infancy a decade ago. They’ve demonstrated an ability to realize an ambitious vision—we look forward to supporting EVBox at Innovation Park; they’ll fit in beautifully here.”

EVBox didn’t identify any leasing representatives in the deal. JLL’s Dan McCarthy and Steven Spinell handle leasing at Innovation Park.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
