Evansville, IN Shopping Center Changes Hands

Marcus & Millichap’s Patton, Wiles, Fuller Group has arranged the sale of Plaza East, a 192,377-square-foot community shopping center in Evansville, IN. The center traded for $12 million.

The team’s Craig Fuller, Erin Patton and Scott Wiles marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a New York-based private investment fund. They also secured and represented the buyer, an out-of-state private investment group.

The buyer obtained new financing at closing. Josh Caruana of Marcus & Millichap’s Indianapolis office assisted in closing this transaction.

Plaza East is anchored by At Home and Local Overstock Warehouse, which occupy 80,000 and 38,000 square feet, respectively. Both are new to the center. Other national tenants include SkyZone, Tuesday Morning, CATO and Cici’s Pizza.
