
Evansville Dollar General Attracts 1031 Buyer
Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of Dollar General, a 10,566-square-foot net-leased property located in Evansville, IN. The asset sold for $2,097,942.
The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Dustin Javitch, Craig Fuller, Erin E. Patton and Scott Wiles, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland and Columbus offices. Josh Caruana, Indiana broker of record, assisted in closing this transaction.
Dollar General is located at 4224 E. Booneville-New Harmony Rd. in Evansville. “This was a unique transaction as we were able to source this pre-developed property on an off-market basis for a client that was towards the end of their 1031 exchange identification period,” said Javitch.
