Evan McLeod recently joined Pilot Ventures as an investment specialist whose primary focus is on the sale of multifamily properties in the Puget Sound region. Prior to joining Pilot, McLeod spent four years at a national brokerage firm where he closed more than $300 million in transactions. His current client base includes publicly traded institutions, private equity firms, family offices, local developers and private investors.

Pilot Ventures is a boutique real estate investment firm in Seattle specializing in multifamily real estate ventures with more than 30 years of combined experience in the sector.

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
