Etta Collective to Join TCC’s Evanston Labs Development as First Tenant

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) signed a lease with Etta Collective at the Evanston Labs development in Evanston, Illinois, located at the southwest corner of Orrington Avenue and Clark Street in Evanston, IL. The Etta wood-fired food restaurant concept will occupy the entire ground floor of the 6,808-square-foot retail space in the building and is scheduled to open during the Summer of 2024.

Once complete in Spring 2024, Evanston Labs will offer 177,575 square feet of Class A advanced sciences space in the North Shore submarket. Evanston Labs is a 10-story world-class lab building near Northwestern University designed to accommodate both single and multi-tenant users.

CBRE’s Dan Lyne and Brandon Green represent the marketing and leasing of the lab and office space. The tenant is exclusively represented by David Burden of Colliers, who leads the restaurant group’s national development pipeline.

Meet industry experts at the upcoming Connect Midwest: Multifamily and Adaptive Reuse Trends, which takes place June 13, 2023 at the W Chicago City Center Hotel. Click here for more information and to register.
