etco Homes Set to Deliver 200+ For-Sale Units in 2020

Beverly Hills-based developer etco Homes is set in 2020 for delivery of three projects totaling more than 200 condominium homes in high density, multifamily formats.

One Coast – 53 oceanfront townhomes and singles on the bluffs of Pacific Palisades. Deliveries are set for spring 2020.

The Melrose Collection – The 103-unit Melrose Collection in Beverlywood features The Ainsley and The Addison and The Alfred, with deliveries scheduled for early 2020, early 2020, and fall 2020, respectively.

Āto – 77 contemporary single-level condos located in the up-and-coming Little Tokyo Historic District in downtown Los Angeles, set for a June 2021 opening.

Since the company’s founding in 1989, etco Homes has built and delivered nearly 1,500 homes spanning luxury condominiums and apartments as well as single-family residences. According to Afshin Etebar, president of etco Homes. “We enter not only a new decade but also our 31st year in business…featuring One Coast, Āto and The Melrose Collection.”
