Estée Lauder Companies has renewed two giant leases totaling over 400,000 square feet in the Midtown East neighborhood of Manhattan.

That includes 220,000 square feet at the General Motors Building at 767 Fifth Ave., according to the second quarter earning report from Boston Properties, the owner of the building. Estée Lauder also received an option to expand its space in the building, according to Boston Properties.

The 20-year renewal reduces the companies space in the building from 295,000 square feet, according to reporting by the Commercial Observer. Estée Lauder also extended its lease at Jack Resnick & Sons’ 110 East 59th Street between Lexington and Park Avenues for 20 years, also according to the Observer.
