Essex Three-Twelve Executes Sale of Lakeview East Apartment Building

Essex Three-Twelve completed the sale of an eight-unit multifamily property at 544 W. Wellington Ave in Chicago.

The property features a mix of two- and three-bedroom units that average 2,000 square feet. Each unit includes a chef’s kitchen, dining room, living room, foyer, and large bedrooms. The building features a community garden, and four of the eight units offer oversized street-facing balconies, while six units have large rear decks. Additionally, the property generates additional income from five garage parking spaces.

544 West Wellington Ave. offers access to Lakeview’s dining and shopping scene. “It’s rare to list a building renovated with this level of care, quality, and attention to detail,” said Garrett Leigh, Director at Essex Three-Twelve, LLC. “This sale was an excellent execution for both parties and an asset the new buyers will be proud to own for many years.”
