Essex Three-Twelve Closes Lincoln Park Multifamily Sale

Essex Three-Twelve, LLC completed the sale of 2525 North Orchard Street, a six-unit multifamily property located in Lincoln Park.

Essex Three-Twelve facilitated a marketing campaign that resulted in multiple offers, and the property sold for $2.9 million. The property was recently renovated and includes floor plans with separate living and dining areas. 2525 N. Orchard St. underwent significant renovations in 2022, including the addition of two new apartments, all-new electrical systems, and partial plumbing upgrades.

The property is across from St. Clement Church in Lincoln Park, a half mile from the Fullerton Red Line and DePaul’s campus. “Buildings like this one, in the heart of Lincoln Park, rarely trade hands. It’s been a pleasure to work on an asset with such strong interest from local buyers and a testament to the strength of the Chicago investment market”, said Garrett Leigh, Director at Essex Three-Twelve, LLC.
