Essex Realty's Brian Mond has arranged the sale of 6720 S. Jeffery Blvd. in Chicago neighborhood for the second time

Essex Realty’s Mond Sells Jackson Park Apartments for Second Time

Essex Realty Group recently facilitated the sale of 6720 S. Jeffery Blvd., an 81-unit apartment building located in the South Side’s Jackson Park Highlands neighborhood. The property sold to an out-of-state investor for $5,550,000, or $68,518 per unit.

Director Brian Mond was hired by the sellers to market the property for sale. Essex led an extensive marketing campaign resulting in seven offers.

“Investors were drawn to this listing due to the unit count, ideal location and value-add opportunity,” said Mond.

6720 S. Jeffery Blvd. is located on the west side of Jeffery Boulevard, just steps away from Jackson Park, a 550-acre park located along the shores of Lake Michigan which dates back to 1871. Amenities include a fitness center and laundry facility.

This is the second time Mond has been involved in the sale of 6720 S. Jeffery. In 2016, he helped the sellers purchase the property for $3,150,000.
