Essex Realty’s Feo Closes Month with West Ridge Sale

Essex Realty Group wrapped up October with a sale in Chicago’s West Ridge neighborhood at 6442-44 N. Bell Ave. The nine-unit property sold for $1,350,000.

Matt Feo of Essex Realty was the sole broker in this transaction, representing the seller and the buyer. Both were private local investors.

The recently renovated nine-unit walk-up apartment building consists of six large two-bed/one-bath and three two-bed/one-bath + den units with separate dining rooms and bay windows. Each apartment features hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, espresso cabinetry, ceiling fans and individual in-unit HVAC systems.
