Essex Realty Lists Ravenswood Boutique MF

4540 N. Ravenswood Ave., a new boutique multifamily property in the North Side’s Ravenswood neighborhood, has been listed for sale by Essex Realty Group. The seller is asking $4,650,000.

The 10-unit property was delivered in July 2019 and features one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury units with simplex, bi-level, and tri-level floorplans. Additionally, there’s a permitted “building office” that generates additional income.

“Constructed by a prominent developer that is exceptionally meticulous, there was no cutting of corners with this project,” said Steven Livaditis, Essex Realty Group principal and broker for the property. “All of the apartments have custom finishes throughout, and you will love the floorplans.”

The first-floor units have ground floor patios and balconies and while other units have balconies and rooftop patios. The property is within walking distance to the Metra Brown Line.
