Essex Realty Lists Newly Built Lincoln Square Apartments

Essex Realty Group, Inc. has been selected to market 2402 W. Carmen Ave., a 25-unit mixed-use property located in Chicago’s Lincoln Square neighborhood. The new-construction property is offered for sale at $10,900,000 by the Essex team of Rick Ofman, Doug Imber and Kate Varde.

Ofman said, “It’s no surprise that these apartments leased so quickly. Renters in Lincoln Square have been waiting for thoughtful layouts and luxury finishes like these. This truly is one of the best executed boutique buildings I’ve seen anywhere in Chicago.”

In addition, the property is located within proximity to both the CTA and Metra train lines. The centrally located building is surrounded by a variety of local restaurants, retailers, and public parks.

Meet industry experts at the upcoming Connect Midwest: Multifamily and Adaptive Reuse Trends, which takes place June 13, 2023 at the W Chicago City Center Hotel. Click here for more information and to register.
