Essex Realty Lists Humboldt Park Rentals

Essex Realty Group has listed a 16-unit multifamily property at 3126-3134 W. Walton St. in Humboldt Park. Listed for $4,200,000, the property features four adjacent buildings each featuring four large apartments.

Completed in 2010, the two- and three-bedroom units feature hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus in-unit laundry. All units also feature outdoor space, with front and rear decks plus access to shared rooftop decks complete with city skyline views.

The property is located less than two blocks from Humboldt Park, Chicago’s popular 197-acre park featuring a historic lagoon and boathouse.

“This property is very attractive to renters in the COVID work-from-home era,” said Essex Realty principal Jordan Gottlieb. “The incredible outdoor space available allows tenants many options to spread out from their roommates or significant others while working from home.”
