Russell Tillery has joined Essex Realty Group as a financial analyst with a focus on Chicago's South Side

Essex Realty Expands South Side Team with Financial Analyst

Multifamily brokerage firm Essex Realty Group, Inc.  is expanding one of its brokerage teams with the addition of associate Russell Tillery. Tillery joins the team of Brian Mond, Erica Trejo, and Joe Kahlhammer. In this role, he will serve as a financial analyst, focusing on asset valuation of multifamily properties on Chicago’s South Side, as well as business development. 

Mond said, “We are excited to have Russell on the team. We have known Russell for nearly a year now and knew he would be an excellent fit for both the team and company. His prior experience provides him with the skills necessary to excel in multifamily brokerage.” 

Prior to joining Essex, Tillery worked for a boutique brokerage specializing in various product types, including land, retail, multifamily and office.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
