Essex Realty Brokers Apartment Sale a Short Walk from Metra

Essex Realty Group has arranged the sale of ReVerb Oak Forest, a 72-unit garden style apartment complex in Oak Forest, IL. The property traded for about $6,545,000.

The firm’s Doug Imber, Kate Varde and Clay Maxfield represented the seller, while Brian Kochendorfer, Brian Karmowski and Troy Beebe advised the buyer on the transaction.

ReVerb Oak Forest is comprised of two 36-unit buildings and 98 surface parking spaces. It was recently renovated, with both individual apartment units and the complex as a whole receiving upgrades.

The property is situated less than 0.2 miles from the Oak Forest Rock Island District Metra train station; 0.3 miles from IL-50; and 1.4 miles from I-52, thereby providing easy access to Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
