Essex Lists Pair of Uptown Apartment Properties

Essex Realty Group is marketing a pair of rental apartment properties in the North Side’s Uptown neighborhood: 921 W. Wilson Ave. and 4635-4637 N. Winthrop Ave.

921 W. Wilson is a six-unit apartment building just a few blocks east from the newly renovated Wilson CTA station. It is currently listed at $1,699,000 by the Essex team of Doug Imber, Kate Varde, Jaimie Steinher and Dan Shepherd.

4635-4637 N. Winthrop is a six-unit multifamily apartment building located just east of Broadway Avenue in Uptown. It’s listed at $1,395,000 by Essex principal Jim Darrow and Steinher.

“Uptown’s transformation into a premier lakefront neighborhood is continuing to gain steam thanks to an influx of private and public investment,” said Steinher. “Both properties provide investors with an opportunity to acquire a quality asset with significant rental upside in a quickly appreciating area close to the lake and public transportation.”
