Essex Lists New-Construction Roscoe Village Apartments

Essex Realty Group has been retained to market for sale 2827-47 N. Clybourn Avenue, a luxury mixed-use apartment building located in the North Side’s Roscoe Village neighborhood. The selling price is subject to offer.

Completed in 2020, the boutique property is comprised of 30 apartment units and six commercial spaces. It’s situated on the northeast side of Clybourn Avenue, a block east of the North Branch of the Chicago River.

The street-level retail spaces are currently used for a fitness center, private offices, and retail storefronts. Building amenities for tenants include access to the fitness center, rooftop lounge space, bicycle/storage rooms, and garage parking.

“It is not often that we are able to market such a well-crafted building in one the most vibrant pocket’s on the North Side of Chicago,” said Essex principal Steven Livaditis. Livaditis and director Jacob Goldstein are representing the seller, a local investor.
