Essex Crossing Signs Lease with VITAL in Downtown NY

Delancey Street Associates, a joint venture of Taconic Partners, L+M Development Partners, BFC Partners, the Prusik Group, and the Urban Investment Group within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, has signed a lease of three levels at 182 Broome Street with VITAL.

“We are excited to announce our new location on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The space is gorgeous, with beautiful architecture, tall ceilings, and tons of natural light,” said David Sacher, co-founder of VITAL. “It’s the perfect location for a climbing gym, and we can’t wait for people to see what we have planned.”

Located in Mahattan’s lower east side, the 45,000-square foot facility looks to offer various fitness activities such as bouldering, yoga, cycling, open weightlifting, fitness classes, and climbing instruction. It will also feature workspaces and an indoor public garden. The location will be VITAL’s eighth and its popularity in other areas of Manhattan.
