Essex Brokers 2 Multifamily Sales in Crystal Lake

Essex Realty Group has arranged the sales of 431-455 Brandy Dr. (pictured) and 223-265 Uteg St. in Crystal Lake, IL for a combined $7.3 million. Sellers and buyers were not disclosed.

431-455 Brandy is an 18-unit townhome complex. 223-265 Uteg is a 48-unit garden complex.

Doug Fisher and Brian Kochendorfer represented the seller and Fisher represented the buyer on the 431-455 Brandy Dr. transaction. Kochendorfer also led marketing efforts for 223-265 Uteg.
