essensys Names Head of Strategic Partnerships

essensys, a provider of software and technology to the flexible workspace industry, has appointed Arthur Mirante III as head of strategic partnerships. The 25-year investment banking veteran most recently served in real estate and project development for Lightower Capital.  

“I’m incredibly excited to work with Arthur on the essensys team,” said Jeremy Bernard, CEO, North America, essensys. “His distinguished career in both commercial real estate and finance brings a wealth of expertise and strategic relationships that are critical to our continued expansion.” 

Prior to his career in finance, Mirante worked as a project manager for Lincoln Property Company. In addition, Mirante comes from a prominent real estate background; his father, Arthur J. Mirante II, served as president and CEO of Cushman and Wakefield for more than 23 years and is now the principal and chairman of the Tri-State region for Avison Young.
