ESJ Capital Partners Secures Six-Building Flex Portfolio in Silver Spring
ESJ Capital Partners has purchased a six-building, 250,588-square-foot flex portfolio in the White Oak submarket of Silver Spring, MD.
Andrew Asbill and Trevor Campbell with Transwestern Real Estate Services secured financing on behalf of ESJ Capital Partners. Transwestern also represented the seller, DSC Partners, LLC. In the transaction.
“The portfolio’s size and location within White Oak’s growing medical, R&D, and life sciences corridor made it attractive to investors seeking conversion opportunities and upside potential,” said Gerry Trainor with Transwestern.
The White Oak micro-market of the North Silver Spring submarket is a targeted high-growth area of Montgomery County and an Opportunity Zone. The portfolio’s properties are djacent to the new $400 million Adventist HealthCare White Oak Medical Center and proximate to the Food and Drug Administration’s White Oak campus. The have access to the entire DC-Baltimore metro area via Columbia Pike/Route 29 to the northwest, I-95 to the east and the Beltway/I-495 to the south.
