ESI Moves HQ from Attleboro to Taunton

Environmental Systems (ESI), a mechanical contractor & engineering firm, has secured a long-term sublease at the expansion area of Myles Standish Industrial Park in Taunton, Massachusetts. Located at 130 Dever Drive, the class-A flex/manufacturing facility was constructed in 2019. The property offers parking, office components, and electrical infrastructure. JLL’s Tom Kent represented the sublandlord in the transaction. 128 CRE represented the tenant with a team led by David Linehan, Jeremy Freid, Austin Smith, Adam Meixner, Tyler Capecci, and Jordan Sneider.

ESI is headquartered in Attleboro, Massachusetts, with offices in Nashua, New Hampshire, and Warwick, Rhode Island. The new facility in Taunton will be the company’s new headquarters, providing additional growth opportunities and services for their expanding client base.

“The entire ESI Team is incredibly excited about the relocation of our Headquarters to the Taunton facility. The new facility will provide ESI additional opportunities for growth, development, and increased services for our growing client base,” said a spokesperson for ESI.
