eShare Subleases from Fresenius for New U.S. Headquarters

Avison Young arranged a new sublease for eShare, a leading information security provider, on the second floor at 920 Winter St. in Waltham, MA. The new U.S. headquarters in the Reservoir Woods office park will span 20,137 square feet, a fivefold increase from eShare’s current 4,000-square-foot office.

Kirk Weller and Tom Aitken from Avison Young’s Boston office represented eShare. The sublandlord, Fresenius Medical Care, was represented by Newmark.

“Our goal from day one was to find a space in a Class A office building in Waltham with favorable economic terms,” said Weller. “This fully furnished and wired sublease at 920 Winter St. is a great solution, providing eShare with an ideal environment to support their continued growth and success.”

eShare’s new office space will provide a combination of private offices, small and large meeting rooms, multiple kitchens, training rooms, collaborations spaces and open area with newer sit-stand workstations.
