Ernst & Young Renews Lease in Stamford
Ernst & Young (EY) renewed its lease at Empire State Realty Trust’s (ESRT) First Stamford Place in Stamford, CT. The professional services firm’s footprint at the property covers 35,661 square feet over contiguous space in two buildings.
“First Stamford Place’s immediate proximity to mass transit, easy accessibility to I-95, and extensive list of on-campus amenities make it an ideal location for tenants who have employees traveling from within Connecticut and the larger Tri-State area,” said Jeffrey H. Newman, SVP of ESRT. “ESRT is pleased to continue our relationship with Ernst & Young.”
NKF’s Neil Goldmacher, Dina Deutsch and Greg Frisoli represented EY in lease negotiations. Newman and his ESRT colleagues, Kimberly Zaccagnino and Kristin Dermer, advised the ownership of First Stamford Place.
