ERMCO Leases 158K SF at Bristol Business Park in WI

Cushman & Wakefield has represented ERMCO in its 158,000-square-foot, 10-year lease at Bristol Business Park in Bristol, Wisconsin. Cushman & Wakefield also represented Riverwoods, Illinois-based developer Janko Group in the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Sean Kropke and Keith Puritz represented Dyersburg, Tennessee-based ERMCO, while the firm’s Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner and Marc Samuels represented Janko Group in the long-term lease. ERMCO will relocate from its current north suburban Chicago location to Bristol Business Park Building 4 in the summer of 2024.

“Bristol Business Park is an outstanding location to support ERMCO’s manufacturing and distribution needs,” Puritz said. “With access to the entire Chicagoland area and a world-class labor pool, Bristol Business Park users can reach over 50% of North American industry within one day’s truck delivery and 75% within two days.”

Located minutes north of the Illinois-Wisconsin border near Interstate 94, Bristol Business Park is a new-construction, nine-building industrial/distribution development on 250 acres.
