Erland Construction Partners with Nordblom on New Dedham Multifamily

Erland Construction has partnered with long-time client Nordblom Company on a new multifamily residential community, Vantage, in Dedham, MA. Working in collaboration with Stantec, Erland will construct a 218,000-square-foot, four-story wood- and steel-frame building with 155 apartment units.

Built to align with Dedham’s stringent energy code standards, Vantage will include a fitness center, resident lounge, outdoor gathering spaces, and structured parking for 119 vehicles. The project scope also entails demolishing an existing building and site improvements to Stergis Way, supporting the Town of Dedham’s continued investment in smart, sustainable growth and resilient infrastructure.

“We’re excited to once again collaborate with Erland and Stantec on this project,” said Patrick O’Neill, SVP at Nordblom. “Vantage represents more than just new housing. It’s an investment in sustainable design, quality craftsmanship, and community connectivity.”

Scheduled for completion in Spring 2028, Vantage marks Erland’s fourth multifamily residential property with Nordblom.
