Erickson Companies recently acquired a multi-state portfolio from an undisclosed seller for $26.25 million. The industrial properties consist of a 40,000-square-foot headquarters facility on 13 acres in Chandler and a 20,000-square-foot facility on 15 acres located in Roseville, CA.

Erickson Companies was a tenant at both locations prior to the acquisition. The Chandler property is located at 250 N. Beck Ave. and serves as Erickson Companies’ headquarters. The Roseville property is located at 8350 Industrial Ave. and serves as a regional office for the company. Erickson Companies also has regional office locations in Reno and Tempe.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Phil Haenel, Mike Haenel, Andy Markham and Will Strong represented both parties in the transaction.
