Eric Myers Joins Transwestern in Chicago from Avison Young
Transwestern expanded its team in Chicago with the addition of Eric Myers who joins as Executive Vice President of Agency Leasing. He will oversee all brokerage activities, including transaction management and execution, as well as recruiting, hiring, training, and business development.
Myers brings more than 25 years of experience in agency leasing. He comes to Transwestern from Avison Young, where he served as Principal and led agency leasing efforts in Chicago and the Midwest.
Transwestern’s Mike Watts says, “Eric will play a key role as we continue to expand our presence in the Midwest.”
Previously, Myers worked with Tishman Speyer as Senior Director of leasing, where he was on the CME Center leasing team and negotiated CME’s 400,000-square-foot lease, as well as transactions with firms such as Dykema Gossett, Wells Fargo and BP.
