Eric Lewis Tapped to Lead CushWake Valuation, Advisory Platform

A veteran commercial real estate appraiser who has been with Cushman & Wakefield for 26 years was appointed to lead its Valuation and Advisory platform. Eric Lewis, MAI, FRICS, will take the helm as President of Group for the Americas, after serving as Executive Managing Director and Practice Group Leader of the firm’s V&A Hospitality & Gaming practice.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Shawn Mobley says, “Eric has been a key member of our Valuation & Advisory practice – a core, foundational component of the critical services we provide to our clients – for nearly three decades”

Based in New York, Lewis will oversee the operations of the Americas V&A Group, which spans 600 professionals across six core services, 17 practice groups, and 70 offices.

Previously, Lewis managed 25 senior hospitality industry valuation professionals. In 2017, the group appraised properties valued at more than $76 billion involving virtually every H&G property type.

Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
