Eric Lestin Joins Cushman & Wakefield to Lead New Retail Group

Cushman & Wakefield’s Houston office hired Eric Lestin as managing director. In his role, Lestin will lead the local office’s newly-formed Retail Services group. His plan is to create a team that will grow the company’s retail tenant representation, and other related disciplines.

Lestin was previously with CBRE, where he was senior vice president. He also was executive vice president at NewQuest Properties. He brings more than three decades of experience to Cushman & Wakefield, including investment and lease evaluation and analyses, acquisition counseling, marketing, financing, tenant representation, site selection, strategic planning and general consulting.

A graduate of the University of Rochester, Lestin serves on the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research foundation, and has been a guest speaker at University of Texas at Austin, Houston Baptist University, Rice University and Georgia Tech University.
