Eric Hinkelman Takes the Helm At Voit

Erik Hinkelman, former Executive Managing Director of Voit Real Estate Services, has been named CEO of the privately-owned firm. Founded by Bob Voit in 1971, Voit has shifted from a development company to a brokerage services platform. Now, brokerage professionals will be stakeholders as the company pushes its brokerage services, which were initiated in 1987.

The company will continue fulfilling its mission in Southern California, helping clients achieve their commercial real estate goals. Mr. Voit is going to continue his leadership as Chairman of the Board and is excited to fulfill his clients’ needs and maintain the strong brand.
