Ergatta Rows Into Move-In Ready Flatiron District Space

Ergatta, a health and wellness company known for its flagship product, the Ergatta Rower, has signed an 11,185-square-foot lease at 40 W. 25th St., owned by a joint venture of the Kaufman Organization and AXA Insurance. The company will occupy the entire ninth floor of the 12-story property in the Flatiron District.

“A recent trend we have been seeing is the attractiveness of spaces in turn-key condition,” said Grant Greenspan, principal of Kaufman. “40 W. 25th St. is a viable example of this trend as the space came fully furnished and was updated in 2018. The convenience of this move-in ready space combine with the short walk to several subway stations makes the building an ideal location for a company returning to the office.”

Kaufman Leasing Company represented the landlord, 40 W 25 LLC. Michael Mathias and Sean Hoffman of Savills represented the tenant.
