ERG Arranges $7.5M to Acquire Staten Island Industrial Site

ERG Commercial Real Estate has arranged a $7.5 million bridge loan to acquire an empty industrial site spanning nine acres in Staten Island. 

Situated at 501 Industry Road, the 40,000 square feet property lies in Staten Island’s industrial zone. Ryan Lewis and Matthew Murphy of ERG facilitated the transaction. 

“This transaction faced a stringent year-end deadline as the borrower required funds for another property,” said Lewis. “Setting clear expectations, maintaining assertiveness throughout, and the diligent efforts of all involved parties ensured a swift closure within the crucial timeframe.”
