Equity, Toll Brothers Debut Frisco Rental Community

A duo of prolific apartment developers have opened up another project, this one in the DFW metro area. Equity Residential and Toll Brothers Apartment Living have opened the 357-unit Remy, a mid-rise community in Frisco. The property is located at 5775 Blairview St. Commercial Edge reports Santander Bank lent a $55 million construction loan for Remy, which broke ground in November 2022.

Select residences offer options for outdoor space with a private balcony, patio or fenced-in yard.

Community amenities include a pool with a sundeck, an outdoor courtyard with a kitchen, hammocks and a firepit, a two-story state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga room and indoor cycling area and a sky lounge with a terrace and firepit.

Residents can access a game lounge, private and communal coworking spaces and a movie lounge. Additional community amenities include a pet spa, gaming lawn and parking garage with EV charging stations.
