Equity Partner Adds $150M for Madison Centre
Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors has invested $150 million in equity to finish Madison Centre, a 36-story office building at 505 Madison St. in downtown Seattle.
Developer Schnitzer West broke ground on the 746,000-square-foot project in 2014. The building is expected to open in the second quarter of 2017.
Cornerstone, based in Hartford, CT, made the equity investment on behalf of an institutional client.
