Equity Investment Firm Relocates to 75 Rockefeller Plaza

TimesSquare Capital Management, a financial services firm, is signing a new office lease at 75 Rockefeller Plaza with RXR. The lease covers 14,116 square feet on the 30th floor for a period of seven years. TimesSquare Capital Management is relocating from its previous headquarters at 7 Times Square.

75 Rockefeller Plaza is known for its integration of tech-powered resources, including the proprietary WorxWell app. This app enables flexible layouts that can be easily adjusted based on changing needs. “I am excited to welcome TimesSquare Capital to the community at 75 Rockefeller Plaza, adding to the incredible lease activity that has transformed this iconic building into a thriving financial services hub,” said William Elder, RXR’s executive vice president and managing director of New York City Leasing.

The tenant was represented by Silvio Petriello of CBRE and RXR was represented in-house by Alexandra Budd and Daniel Birney and by a brokerage team from Cushman & Wakefield, led by Bruce Mosler.
