Equinox to Anchor City Center Bishop Ranch’s THE LOT

Sunset Development Company added a mix of new lifestyle and dining tenants to City Center Bishop Ranch’s 300,000-square-foot specialty project. Newly-signed to THE LOT, the center’s entertainment anchors set to open in fall 2018, include Equinox, four restaurants and five fashion brands.

Equinox San Ramon is taking 30,000 square feet, and will be the project’s second anchor. The location will feature a panoramic yoga studio with an additional outdoor yoga space, an outdoor pool with expansive lounge deck, and more than 8,000 square feet of strength and cardio equipment.

Equinox’s John Klein says, “Our goal is to make Equinox San Ramon the ultimate destination in the East Bay for regeneration, fitness and community.”

New sit-down and casual dining options include Boba Guys, Berkeley-based craft brewery Fieldwork Brewing Company, Ramen Hiroshi, and Roam Artisan Burgers. New fashion and lifestyle brands include M, by fashion supermodel Maggie Rizer, Alys Grace, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn and West Elm.
