EquiCap Commercial Completes Sale of Self-Storage Property in Waukegan

EquiCap Commercial announced the sale of the H & P Storage located at 2777 N Delany Road in Waukegan, Illinois.

The well-established, family-owned self-storage facility features 210 drive-up units across 28,070 net rentable square feet and offers investors a compelling value-add opportunity through operational improvements and revenue optimization. The property features six buildings with a variety of unit sizes.

The deal closed a month sooner than contracted. The broker team included Scott Rihm and Jesse Luke, both Partners at EquiCap Commercial. Based in St. Charles, Illinois, EquiCap Commercial is a self-storage advisory group specializing in acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic market guidance with direct market coverage from the Canadian border to the Gulf of Mexico.
