EQ Office Launches Second Industrious ‘Collab’ at Costa Mesa’s CANVAS

EQ Office, Blackstone’s U.S. office ownership platform, signed its second agreement with shared co-working space operator Industrious at the CANVAS office campus located in Costa Mesa’s SOBECA (South Bristol Entertainment Culture and Arts) district. This is the second agreement for EQ with Industrious, which also selected Industrious to manage tenant experience at its 1.4-million-square-foot Playa District campus in Los Angeles.

According to SVP Brendan McCracken, Portfolio Director for EQ Office, “Industrious will be activating the campus through unique programming, service and amenities, and has assisted EQ in our mission to drive tenant engagement. We look forward to working together in developing the creative, vibrant CANVAS community.”

Industrious will also have a 30,000-square-foot shared workplace facility on the campus, which is expected to be open for business Q1 2020. The creative space operator will also curate tenant engagement for the five-building, 538,000-square-foot campus located at 3070 Bristol Street.
