EōS Fitness signed long-term leases at two Austin-area locations and one in DFW. Eos signed a 40,000-square-foot retail lease in Kyle, anchoring the Kyle Park development at I-35 and Bebee Road in the heart of the Texas Innovation Corridor. Set to open in 2027, this will be EōS’ first location in Kyle. Rise Commercial Partners represented the tenant, while the landlord, NewQuest Equity, L.C., represented itself. 

EōS Fitness also signed a long-term lease for a new 40,000-square-foot gym at 12707 N. Mopac Expressway, taking over the space once held by a Fry’s Electronics store. Rise Commercial Partners represented the tenant, while Global Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord. The projected opening date is 2027.

In Dallas, EōS Fitness has signed a new long-term lease for a 40,000-square-foot gym in Anna, Texas, marking its first location in the city. Set to open in 2027, EōS will anchor the Rosamond Corners development. Segovia Partners represented the tenant, while The SHOP Companies represented the landlord.
