EOS Fitness Lands Lease in Addison Town Center

EōS Fitness has leased 37,292 square feet of anchor space at Addison Town Center, Addison’s only community power retail center. The center is located at the southeast corner of Belt Line Road and Marsh Lane. EōS Fitness, which plans to open in Addison in 2025, offers premium fitness amenities including group classes, equipment, and facilities at a low price.

Ben Terry led a team from Weitzman that handled negotiations for Addison Town Center. Jack Breard with Segovia Partners represented EōS Fitness.

EōS Fitness joins a tenant lineup that includes Target, Kroger Signature, Ross Dress for Less, PetSmart, Chick-fil-A, Frost Bank, Sally Beauty Supply, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Great Clips, and others.
