EOS Adds Wequassett Resort in Cape Cod to 17-Property New England Portfolio
EOS Investors, LLC, has acquired the 1925-constructed Wequassett Resort and Golf Club in Cape Cod’s Harwich, MA.
The acquisition of Wequassett Resort further expands EOS’s presence in Cape Cod, following the company’s acquisition of Red Jacket Resorts in 2021. EOS’s New England drive-to resort portfolio now consists of 17 properties with over 1,000 keys and $125 million of annual revenue.
Wequassett Resort rests on 27 acres of oceanfront property and features 120 keys. The resort has meeting space plus four eateries including the Twenty-Eight Atlantic restaurant, which is the only Forbes Five-Star restaurant in Cape Cod and one of only five across all of New England.
Wequassett Resort’s amenities include multiple pools, tennis courts and access to play on the private 18-hole Cape Cod National course, ranked as one of the top 20 best golf courses by Golf Digest. Additional activities include boat rentals, fishing charters, kayak tours and stand-up paddle board rentals.
