EoS Adds Dallas, Houston-Area Fitness Centers
EōS Fitness has signed two new leases in Houston and one in Dallas.
EōS Fitness signed a new, long-term retail lease with plans to open its first location in Texas City at 3721 Gulf Freeway. The brand-new 40,000-square-foot gym will offer cutting-edge amenities and premium wellness experiences to Texas City residents, particularly the growing nearby community of Lago Mar. The lease was facilitated by NewsQuest properties, and the new EōS location is projected to open in 2027.
EōS Fitness signed a new, long-term retail lease for a brand-new 40,000-square-foot gym at the Texas Heritage Marketplace in Katy. Set to open in 2027, EōS will join retailers like Target and Lowe’s. NewQuest Properties brokered the transaction.
In DFW, EōS Fitness signed a long-term lease for a 45,000-square-foot gym at 6101 K Avenue in Plano, Texas, taking over the former LA Fitness site. Set to open in 2027, EōS will anchor Spring Creek Plaza. Segovia Partners represented the tenant, while Rosebriar Properties represented the landlord.
