Entre Sells 66K-SF Building in Morton Grove
Entre Commercial Realty recently completed the sale of a 66,786-square-foot industrial building in Morton Grove, Illinois, located at 5940 Oakton Street to Venture One. Entre’s Denise Chaimovitz, SIOR, MA, was the sole broker in the transaction.
The facility sits on 2.46 acres of land on a busy corner, with a traffic count of 22,600 vehicles per day. The building was sold in excellent condition and offers 18’ ceilings with four docks and four drive-in doors. The property has a special use permit in place for an auto repair and body shop.
Service King, a collision and auto body repair provider will continue their lease of a 28,000-square-foot space, and Lin-Mar, a roadside assistance and towing company, will be leasing back 39,000 square feet.
