Entre Represents Buyer in Sale of 101K-SF Manufacturing Facility

Entre Commercial Realty LLC, a commercial real estate firm based in suburban Chicago, represented the buyer in the purchase of a 101,323-square-foot building on 10 acres located at 3106 N Route 12 in Spring Grove, Illinois.

Dan Jones, SIOR, Dan Benassi, SIOR and Sam Deihs of Entre Commercial Realty LLC represented the buyer. All-Rite Spring Company, based out of Spring Grove, acquired the building with heavy manufacturing infrastructure to accommodate continued business growth and to consolidate operations in multiple facilities.

All-Rite specializes in the design, prototype, and manufacture of custom clock spiral torsion, compression, extension, and torsion springs, as well as shaped wire forms for industrial, agriculture, home office and automotive needs.

Entre Commercial Realty LLC provides a wide range of real estate services, including brokerage, property management, and construction throughout the Midwest and nationally.
