Entre Packages Two Neighboring Properties, Sold and Leased to Same Group

Entre Commercial Realty recently announced it has sold a 12,762-square-foot building on 2.7 acres along with leasing a 12,400-square-foot maintenance building on 7.3 acres located at 4360 Conifer Court in Union Grove, Wisconsin. The two properties were for the same group, O & M Excavating & Grading, which is a manufacturer that produces a range of machines for the production, transport, and placing of concrete.

Entre was aware of this group looking for a larger site in the area, presented both sites as a package, and secured a deal very shortly after listing the properties. Brian Bocci, SIOR, represented the seller and landlord in the transactions.
