Entre Finalizes Leases in Northwestern Suburbs

Entre Commercial Realty LLC has finalized a pair of leases in the northwestern suburbs of Schaumburg and Crystal Lake, IL. In Schaumburg, the firm’s Cory Kay, Mike DeSerto and Dan Benassi represented the landlord of 895 American Ln. in the 25,253-square-foot lease to Cavalry Logistics.

Calvary will occupy the space with its dispatch and sales division. Dane Peachee of Compass Real Estate Advisors worked on behalf of the tenant.

For the Crystal Lake lease, DeSerto and Kay represented both landlord and tenant. An international leader in the fork truck industry leased 21,250 square feet at 340 Commerce Dr. to house its R&D division.
