Entre Commercial Realty is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed a long-term build-to-suit lease with a national tank rental company at the Chicagoland Truck Center in Matteson, Illinois.

Entre’s Cory Kay and Mike DeSerto represented the landlord, Bike Road, LLC, while JLL represented the tenant in this transaction. The new construction facility will consist of an 11,790-square-foot maintenance building with six drive-in doors on eight acres of secured outside storage.

Entre was successful in procuring this long-term tenant by designing a custom-built, headquarters-quality facility and obtaining village approval for equipment rental and maintenance. The tenant, a national equipment rental company, was attracted to this location due to its outside storage capabilities with tremendous interstate access and exposure.
