Entre Commercial Realty Sells Multi-Tenant Facility in IL

Entre Commercial Realty has successfully completed the sale of a multi-tenant investment facility located at 212 Lindow Lane in Marengo, Illinois.

Mike DeSerto and Cory Kay of Entre Commercial Realty represented the seller in this transaction. Van Vlissingen and Co. represented the buyer.

The 21,434-square-foot facility was built in 2006 and was fully leased at the time of sale. It consists of six individual units and is equipped with 13 drive-in doors, a 20’ clear height, and convenient access along US Hwy. 20. A local investor purchased the building.
